This plate is a donation plate where the donations will go to the organization&nbsp;The Fix Is In, Inc. The organization provides financial and logistical support for spay\/neuter of cats and dogs in Wisconsin. The funds raised will help support spay and neuter programs across the state of Wisconsin.
